I request  you  to provide me the following information.

A.   Provide photocopy  of the  documents on the basis  of  which  the Prime Minister  said  that Govt. of Odisha evacuated 12 lakh people before outbreak of Fani Super cyclone , while addressing  the press  at airport  in Bhubaneswar on 6.5.19.

B.   Has  the Prime Minister  or Prime Minister Office  verified  the authenticity  of the  information provided  by the State  Govt. in  respect of evacuation of 12 lakh people in Fani cyclone.

C.   Provide  the date  on which the Central has allocated  Rs. 1,000 crore  as central assistance  to meet  cyclone  expenditure as per  declaration of Prime Minister during his visit  to Odisha on 6.5.19 .

D.   During  his  visit  to Odisha on 6.5.19, Hon’ble Prime Minister  has declared some assistance  for   cyclone affected people. What are steps taken  by PMO office to provide financial assistance to the affected people.
