Extreme Vulnerable Groups availing Ration under NFSA in Odisha

On 12.5.17., RTI Application was  filed  to the  PIO, Dept. of Food  Supply  and Consumer  Welfare, Govt. of Odisha  seeking  information about  details  of  list of beggars, lunatics, homeless given ration card in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack   along with their address, Ration Card No. and date of issue of Ration card in CD. RTI application was forwarded to the  PIO, Civil Supply  office, Khurda  and Cuttack  to supply  the  information. But    both the PIOs denied to supply the information. Then the matter was filed before the State Information Commission, Odisha. The Commission heard the case SA No. 2840/2017 and directed the PIO, Dept. of  Food  Supply and Consumer Welfare  to supply  the  information.  The information provided by the PIO on 15.2.21 is as follows.
