It is generally believed that a
person can hold one post in Govt. I do not have idea about any law of the land
which entrusts a person to hold two posts drawing salary from both the office.
If there is any law recognizing double posts
to be held by single person, is it essential to allow it happen?
Are these people are really efficient
to hold double and triple posts or the procedure followed for appointment
of these persons in multiple posts arbitrary or these posts are
used to satisfy the people close to political heavy weights and top
bureaucrats for vested interest. I cite few examples below:
