Plantation programme  undertaken  by  Dept. of Forest and Environment , Govt. of Odisha  is  mega  scam  going  on  in Odisha  under  patronage  of  Ruling  party.  Mr. Abhaya Pathak  is  not  a single  but  hundreds  of Pathaks  are  around power  corridors  in the  state  secretariat.  These  Pathaks  have  been  groomed , nurtured  and  protected  by  political  leadership controlling  the  state  politics.  Wherever  you  go, you will  find  corruption  in plantation  programme and  other  projects.  Crores  of rupees  are  looted  in broad-day  light  by the  bureaucrats  at  the behest  of  ruling  party  leaders.  After  obtaining  information under RTI Act, we  have filed  few  corruption cases  in plantation  in  Lokayukta, Odisha.

 Out  of  curiosity  to know  about  Govt. of  Odisha  received  CAMPA fund  from  Govt. of  India  since  last  five  years,   Sri Srikant  Pakal, RTI Activist   has  filed RTI  Application dt. 21.9.20.    to  the PIO , office  of PCCF, Govt. of Odisha  seeking  information about  details of  fund received under CAMPA from  2014-15 to  2019-20 . On 9.12.20, the  PIO  has provided the  following  information.
